I had my first maternity photo shoot last week. It was definately a learning experience. Because of the weather, I had to do all the shooting indoors. I am still learning alot about lighting and realized that if I want to learn more, I need to invest in some more photography gear.

I need to get a better lens for portraiture and some indoor lighting kits. I think if I learn some more about indoor photo shoots and portrait photography, I might actually be able to make some money on my pics. About once a month, I have had an inquiry into whether or not I would be interested in doing some photography for various projects and people. While I am not so interested in wedding photography, I am definately interesting in portrait photography, especially black and white. I like people and I love being able to take the pictures that I want. Wedding photography is too stressful and too stringent.

Anyone selling any lighting or lenses? I am interested in any lenses that work with a Sony Alpha DSLR.
