At every MS Events Keynote, every piece of equipment has a Main and a Backup Solution. At the most recent, and biggest of the year, Keynote, my coworker and I came up with a brilliant new solution to the Stapler problem. Printed Power Point slides are key to every good show. And without a stapler, what good is a PPT deck? In many ways, the Stapler is that small but crucial part of the show that has drove many a Presentations Designer and Producer crazy.

We came up with an innovation to make sure that every PPT deck that is printed gets stapled.

The MGX crack team of TSG experts, including me, did an amazing job of cabling the Phillips Arena. Since placing drops was extremely expensive, we had to run cables everywhere, up from the fourth floor backstage down to the floor of the arena. Our longest net run is 357 ft. And for any techies out there, we get both longview feeds and internet off that run.
